该 PR 优化了流式请求下的错误处理逻辑。在流式模式下，如果上游 API 返回错误，现在会记录详细的后台日志并尽量返回与非流模式一致的 JSON 错误信息，解决了原版流式模式下后台不显示报错的问题。
